What breaks a group Camino is not the distance — everyone walks at a different pace and nobody knows where they sleep that night. Fix the stages, the bed for each night and a daily meeting point.

Keep it in your calendar

What to lock before you leave
- Book Roncesvalles, O Cebreiro and the last five nights — those fill up.
- Keep outbound and return tickets inside the plan so nobody digs through their inbox.
- Give each day one long meal — octopus in Melide, cocido maragato in Astorga.
- With mixed levels, set a midday meeting point instead of a shared pace.
